Privacy notice
Effective 4 November 2026. This notice covers kinjaz.com, run by Kinjaz LLC, and its project inquiry form. The Kinjaz Dojo membership site has its own privacy notice.
What we collect
When you send a brief through the inquiry form, we receive what you type: your name or company, your email address, the event date, location and audience, the services you are asking about, and any notes. Nothing else on the site asks for personal information.
How we use it
We use your brief to reply to you about the project. The form sends it as an email to our booking inbox, booking@kinjaz.com, and sends you a copy as a receipt. We use Resend to deliver both emails. We do not store briefs in a database, sell them, or use them for advertising.
Other services on the site
- Hosting and analytics: the site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
- Videos: some videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube's own privacy policy applies once a video starts.
- Fonts and images are served from our own site.
We do not use advertising trackers or set cookies on kinjaz.com. A few game pages remember a game setting in your browser's local storage; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How long we keep it
Briefs stay in our booking inbox for as long as they are useful for the project and our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email booking@kinjaz.com. California residents have these same rights. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we treat browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals the same way: nothing changes, because there is nothing to turn off.
Children
The inquiry form is meant for event organizers and businesses, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
